Maggie O'Neill

Director Of Volunteer Engagement at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington

Maggie O'Neill is an experienced professional in volunteer engagement and program management, currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Engagement at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington since August 2013. In this role, Maggie works to enhance and expand volunteering efforts at the largest private social service agency in the region, establishing fulfilling opportunities for volunteers while nurturing a welcoming culture. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at iDoxSolutions, Content Manager at HAVA Partners, and Director of Development at Operation Respect, as well as significant leadership positions at the Maryland Governor's Office on Service and Volunteerism and the Maryland Student Service Alliance. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Religious Studies, and Secondary Education from St. Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana.
