Deb Elko

Deb Elko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deb began their career as a Senior Accountant at Mary Anne Bohlinger Cpa in 1997 and worked there until 2007. Deb then joined the New Jersey State Nurses Association as a CFO, where they served from 2007 to 2015. After that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Finance at the National MS Society from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Better Tomorrows as a Controller before moving on to Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton in 2017. At Catholic Charities, they initially worked as a Controller until 2022 and then assumed the role of Associate Executive Director / Fiscal Affairs. In their various roles, Deb Elko has been responsible for financial management, budgeting, accounting services, grant reporting, and coordination with external auditors.

Deb Elko obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Juniata College, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2011, specializing in the field of MBA.
