Aimee Brayman has a diverse background in various industries. Currently, they work as the Director of J.E.D.I. (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, where they spearhead efforts to promote inclusivity and diversity within the agency. Prior to this, Aimee served as a Technical Training Facilitator and later as a Team Lead Manager at ENGIE Impact. Aimee also worked as a Project Manager at Dynamic Events, Inc. and as the Director of Business Development at Quo Student Travel. Aimee has also owned and operated Downdraft Brewing Co., a distribution brewery and taproom. In addition, they gained experience as a Sales Manager and Director of Education at People to People Student Travel, and in product development and global merchandising at Zak Designs. Aimee's career began as a Teacher at Central Valley School District.

Aimee Brayman completed their education at Gonzaga University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education & English Literature/Language Arts from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Spokane Falls Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Aimee also possesses additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Group and a Washington State Secondary Education Certification from the State of Washington.
