Jennifer Ehart

Jennifer Ehart has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jennifer started their career at IBM Corporation as a National Account Manager. Jennifer then worked at Sprint Corporation, where they held various roles including Director of Consumer Market Programs, Director of Human Resources Development, and Director of Information Systems and Services.

Following their time at Sprint, Jennifer worked at Covey Leadership Center as a Senior Consultant. Jennifer then joined Convergys as a Senior Sales Consultant before transitioning to MCI WorldCom as a Senior Consultant. At MCI WorldCom, they provided telecommunications consulting services to notable clients such as Proctor & Gamble and Reed Elsevier LexisNexis.

Jennifer's entrepreneurial side led their to work as a Small Business Consultant for Entrepreneurial Ventures, where they provided consulting services to small businesses and achieved impressive sales results. Jennifer later joined Sustained Advantage as a Consultant, assisting small and medium-sized businesses in refining their strategies for organizational development.

Jennifer's passion for supporting others became evident during their role as Chief Operations Officer at Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, where they led turnarounds in the hospice organization.

Most recently, Jennifer has been self-employed as the Director of Operations Management.
