Franchesca Rodriguez

Franchesca Rodriguez has extensive experience in the social work and support services field, currently serving as a Case Planner at Catholic Guardian Services since November 2021 and a Family Support Worker at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark since June 2021. Rodriguez has held multiple roles at AIM Services Inc since November 2017, including Self Direct Staff - Respite, and previously worked at St. Catherine's Center for Children in various capacities from August 2016 to July 2020, such as Resident Assistant and Activities Coordinator. Experience also includes roles at Sidney Albert Albany JCC from October 2013 to March 2020, as Site Director and Pre-K Director among others, and a Quality Control position at Englewood Lab from June 2012 to August 2013. Rodriguez earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The College of Saint Rose in May 2020, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Work from the same institution in May 2016.
