Bob Elfstrand

Bob Elfstrand currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Advancement at Catholic Charities Twin Cities, leading fundraising efforts and being a member of the senior leadership team. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Elfstrand has held key positions including Vice President of Development and Administration at The Redemption Project, Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement at YMCA of the North, and multiple roles at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School - Twin Cities, where responsibilities included fundraising and communications. Prior to this, Elfstrand worked at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, focusing on major and planned gifts, and served as a Judge Advocate in the US Army. Bob Elfstrand holds a B.A. in History from Saint John's University, a J.D. from Hamline University, and a Mini MBA for Nonprofit Organizations from the University of St. Thomas.
