Michael McRath

Michael leads the Human Resources team at Catholic Charities. He and his team are responsible for all people matters: Staffing, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits. He provides oversight of how these services are delivered in strategic and tactical ways. Michael is passionate about equity and social justice and will be a key collaborator to the work of the Racial Equity and Social Justice Committee.
