Katie Murphy

Katie Murphy, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Associate Principal/Vice President of Human Resources at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. since May 2014. Previous experience includes HR Manager positions at Blu Homes and Medical Specialties Distributors LLC, as well as serving as an HR Generalist at Pauline Books & Media and Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program. Katie began a career in human resources as an HRIS Specialist at Art Technology Group and held administrative roles at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and EMD Lexigen Research Center. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Stonehill College.
