Carmel Foltan

Carmel Foltan has a strong background in various roles within the education and non-profit sectors. Carmel'smost recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany, where they implemented innovative policies and strategies aligned with the organization's mission. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY, overseeing research internal awards and maintaining a comprehensive database. Carmel also served as the Director of Community Relations and Enrollment Management at St. Thomas the Apostle School, where they planned and coordinated enrollment programs and fostered positive relationships with students, parents, and alumni. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Online Marketing Manager at WMHT Educational Telecommunications, where they coordinated fundraising events and directed the recruitment and training of marketing personnel.
