Diane (Picard) Urhausen has extensive experience in nonprofit management and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Companion Program Manager at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet since June 2020. Prior roles include Manager of Community Engagement at the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation and Executive Director at the National Association for Down Syndrome, where Diane successfully reorganized board structures and expanded programs. Additionally, Diane has held positions at the American Cancer Society as Area Manager and as Program Specialist at the Alzheimer's Association®, focusing on education and compliance. Diane holds a Master of Science in Human Services from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
