Jill Schreuder has extensive experience in child welfare, currently serving as Child Welfare Program Manager at Catholic Charities West Michigan since June 2012. Jill's previous roles include Child Welfare Supervisor, Adoption and Licensing Specialist, and Foster Care Team Lead, where responsibilities included mentoring new staff, developing training manuals, and case management. Jill began their career in child welfare as a Foster Care Case Manager, managing up to 15 cases while creating individualized service plans and assessing family dynamics. Prior experience includes work as a Pregnancy and Client Care Intern at PASS Network For Life, and as Case Aide/Support Staff at Bethany Christian Services. Jill holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Trinity Christian College, obtained in 2012.
