Cynthia Pittman is an experienced social work professional with a longstanding career in service coordination and case management. Since August 2005, Cynthia has served as the Continuity of Care Coordinator at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, where responsibilities include working with families involved with or at risk of involvement with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children & Family Services. Previous experience from March 1991 to August 2005 includes roles as Program Manager and Case Manager at Family Transitional Housing, where Cynthia supervised staff, managed a caseload of families, and contributed to grant proposal efforts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University, with studies spanning from 1984 to 1997.
