Jennifer Shorter

Jennifer Shorter is a mental health therapist currently employed at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland since September 2022, after previously working in a similar role at Firelands Health. Prior to their therapy positions, Jennifer served as a Covid-19 Medical Escalations Unit Specialist and Case Investigator at Guidant Global, where responsibilities included addressing escalated inquiries and maintaining communication with residents regarding COVID-19 issues. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resident and Memory Care Liaison at Rockport Independent & Assisted Living. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Lorain County Community College.
