Terrance obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, Terrance pursued further academic growth by completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Health and Risk Communication at Ashland University from 2014 to 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Terrance has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In January 2017, they achieved the Inbound certification from HubSpot. Terrance also attained the Basic Public Information Officer certification from FEMA in June 2016. These certifications demonstrate Terrance's commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry practices.
