Joshua Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joshua currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Community Services of the Mid-Willamette Valley & Central Coast since January 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the organization including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operation Officer, Deputy Executive Director, Senior Director of Operations, Program Director, and Program Coordinator. Joshua started their career as a Youth and Family Counselor in the same organization.

Before joining Catholic Community Services, Joshua worked at Oregon Youth Authority from 1997 to 2000 as part of the Hillcrest Youth Correctional Facility. Joshua also served as the Basecamp Manager at Transitional Intervention Experiences TREX in 1996 and as a Management Trainee at Columbia Helicopters in 1995. In addition, they worked as a Survey Technician at Stuntzner Engineering and Forestry and Logging Engineering International from 1993 to 1995. Joshua began their career in 1992 as a Line Staff at J Bar J Youth Services and as a Ranger/Training Ranger at Philmont Scout Ranch from 1990 to 1992.

From 1992 to 1995, they attended Central Oregon Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Forest Resource Technology.

Later, from 1999 to 2002, they attended Portland State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Administration of Justice.

In 2002, they also completed a Professional Certification in Profiling and Violent Crime from the College of Urban and Public Affairs at Portland State University.

Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from George Fox University.
