Mona Roberto Hayes

Mona Roberto Hayes is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in communications, public relations, and fund development. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Communications, Fund Development & Public Affairs at Catholic Community Services Oregon since March 2013, Mona initially joined the organization as a consultant to enhance its mission statement and digital presence before assuming the Director of Communications and PR role in 2015. Prior experience includes positions as Board/Committee Chair and Co-Founder/Executive Director at Salem Multicultural Institute, as well as Communications Manager at Catholic Charities of Oregon and Press Relations Manager at HP. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Santa Clara University and a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Notre Dame.
