Patricia Bohs-Pass

Patricia Bohs-Pass has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. Patricia started their career at Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2012, where they served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Services until 2016. Patricia then joined Geisinger in 2017, initially as the Director of Care Coordination and Integration and later as a Senior Improvement Optimization Consultant until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, East at Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services.

Patricia Bohs-Pass obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Keystone College. Patricia later pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Biology from Mount Saint Mary College, completing the degree in 2000. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. Recently, in 2020, they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Keystone College.
