Josh McFarlane

Josh was appointed Acting CEO in May 2023.

Josh has been our Chief Operations Officer (COO) since joining 15 months ago and has successfully led the Residential Care, Home and Community and Independent Living services. Under Josh's leadership there have been significant improvements during challenging times in particular the COVID-19 pandemic and complex government reforms.

Josh brings a wealth of experience to the CEO role, specifically a deep understanding and passion for the Australian aged care sector after holding several leadership roles across some of Australia’s largest aged care providers over the past seven years. Josh also brings a broad range of experience from outside the aged care sector including mining, manufacturing, finance and management consulting including ASX-listed organisations.

Josh’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Masters of Marketing, Bachelor of business, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
