Leanne Baensch is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at Catholic Healthcare since August 2020, Leanne has previously held significant roles such as Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrier Group and National Jobactive Recruitment Manager at Workforce International Group. Leanne's earlier experience includes recruitment consulting positions at Adecco and IPA, along with contract work at Civforce Traffic Management. Leanne began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Smalls Recruiting. Leanne holds a Diploma of Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW.
