Vincent Ciricola (Rico)

Vincent (Rico) Ciricola is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital strategy and system management. Currently serving as System Manager at the Catholic Leadership Institute since December 2021, Vincent oversees and manages proprietary and contracted information systems, ensuring that technology aligns with the organization's operational needs while providing training to key stakeholders. Prior to this role, from June 2011 to November 2021, Vincent was the Digital Strategy Engagement Lead at the Archdiocese of Boston, where responsibilities included project management and leading initiatives to enhance the digital ecosystem for evangelization and engagement. Vincent also held roles as Project Manager and Business Analyst at MassMutual from May 2002 to June 2011. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
