Atwijukire Justus

Atwijukire Justus is a seasoned Programme Manager II specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at Catholic Relief Services since February 2018. Justus oversees the MEAL component for the USDA/Uganda Vines project and provides technical leadership in project baseline surveys. Previously, as a Technical Advisor for Data and Evidence Building, Justus supported USAID-funded projects in advancing program monitoring and evaluation. Prior experience includes serving as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Uganda Health Marketing Group, where Justus coordinated a $50 million project, and as Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, focusing on Gender Based Violence and Female Genital Mutilation programs. Justus holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and a Master of Arts in Demography from Makerere University.
