Carolyn Lynch Blair

Carolyn Lynch Blair has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and program management. From 2014 to present, they have been working at Catholic Relief Services, where they started as a Strategy and Organizational Development Advisor and is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the Institute for Women's Health and Leadership from 2012 to 2014. Carolyn also has experience in case management, having worked as a Victims of Trafficking and Safeway Passages Case Manager at the Nationalities Service Center from 2012 to 2014. Carolyn has held various program management roles at organizations such as Project H.O.M.E., Hogar de Cristo, Rostro de Cristo, and Damien House.

Carolyn Lynch Blair holds an M.S. degree in Nonprofit/ NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Carolyn also completed their B.A. degree in Human Development, Communication, and History at Boston College, from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Carolyn has obtained several certifications, including "Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders" from Harvard Extension School in 2019 and "Results Measurement using the DCED Standard" from the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development.
