Karen Cobos Latham

Karen Cobos Latham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and program management. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Advisor for Growth in Latin America and the Caribbean at Catholic Relief Services since December 2015, Karen has previously held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Programs, Program Quality Project Manager, and Fellow from August 2006 to August 2015. Karen holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (2006) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University (1998).
