Marcos Martinez

Marcos Martinez has extensive experience in youth ministry and community engagement, currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Catholic Relief Services since May 2006. In this role, Marcos presents at youth events, trains for youth ministry programs, and coordinates resources related to Catholic Social Teaching and Global Solidarity. From May 2003 to May 2006, Marcos worked as Program Staff at the Mexican American Cultural Center, now known as the Mexican American Catholic College, where responsibilities included presenting workshops on multicultural pastoral work and serving as a consultant in youth ministry. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the Diocese of El Paso from July 1998 to May 2003, where Marcos focused on education and formation for youth ministry leaders within a large Catholic community. Educational qualifications include a Master in Theology from Oblate School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
