Oscar Tshiyombo

Oscar Tshiyombo has extensive experience in financial management, having worked in various roles such as Deputy Finance Manager and Deputy Head of Finance at CRS/CONGO PROGRAM and Catholic Relief Services. Currently serving as the Finance Manager at Catholic Relief Services, Oscar is responsible for leading the Finance Department and ensuring the financial and grants management systems of the country program are robust.
