Ousmane Dembele

Ousmane Dembele has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and administration. Ousmane began their career in 1998 as the Deputy of Administration at Medecins Sans Fronti\u00e8res - MSF. Ousmane then moved on to USC Canada / ACD where they served as the Finance and Administrator Director, ensuring the proper implementation of internal controls and consolidating budget and financial reports for donors. Ousmane joined Christian Aid in 2001 as the Administration Manager, overseeing cash flow management, audit preparation, and asset inventory. At Christian Aid, they also held roles such as Sahel Compliance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and Finance Manager, where they focused on financial management, program budgeting, and grant management in the Sahel region. Lastly, Ousmane worked at Catholic Relief Services as the Head of Operations.
