Ousmane Dembele has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and administration. Ousmane began their career in 1998 as the Deputy of Administration at Medecins Sans Fronti\u00e8res - MSF. Ousmane then moved on to USC Canada / ACD where they served as the Finance and Administrator Director, ensuring the proper implementation of internal controls and consolidating budget and financial reports for donors.
