Phoebe Owino

Phoebe Owino is an experienced Program Manager specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at Catholic Relief Services since October 2012. With a strong background in providing technical oversight for projects in Kenya and Somalia, Phoebe has successfully managed various donor-funded initiatives, including those from USAID and UNICEF.
