Sergio Lopez

Sergio Lopez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, community engagement, and youth ministry. As the Senior Trainer for Leadership Development at Catholic Relief Services since February 2014, Sergio has focused on implementing a leadership curriculum designed to inspire and train volunteers to become effective leaders. In addition, Sergio serves as a Lecturer at Loyola Marymount University, teaching pastoral leadership in the Graduate Theological Studies department. Previous roles include Director of Youth Ministry at St. Rose of Lima and St. Anthony's Catholic Church, where Sergio developed comprehensive programs for youth engagement and leadership. Sergio holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Master of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Mount Saint Mary's University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
