Teshome Debella

Teshome Debella has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Teshome is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Integrated Service on Development since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Wisdom Business starting in February 2019. Teshome also held the position of Finance Director at Catholic Relief Services from January 2018. Their responsibilities included leading the finance department, managing grants, and reporting to donors. Before that, they served as the Chief of Finance and Administration at the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) starting in November 2014. In this role, Teshome oversaw accounting, finance, and grant management.
