Allan Crasto is an experienced leader in materials science and engineering, currently serving as Global Director at the Society for the Advancement of Material & Process Engineering (SAMPE) since July 2020. Previously, Allan held various significant roles at the University of Dayton Research Institute, including Senior Advisor, Executive Director, Director, and Associate Director from October 2006 to July 2023, contributing to strategic planning and the leadership of interdisciplinary research programs. Allan's earlier leadership experience includes serving as Immediate Past President and International President of SAMPE, along with positions such as International Executive Vice President. With a strong academic foundation, Allan earned a PhD and MS in Materials Science & Engineering from Washington State University, a BS in Plastics Technology, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.

Catholic Social Services provides a broad continuum of social services for residents of Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Darke, Auglaize, Mercer, Miami, Shelby, Logan and Champaign counties in southwest Ohio. Programs vary by county and include pregnancy and parenting support, supervised visitation, senior services, poverty alleviation services, refugee resettlement, professional counseling, mobility management, guardianship, and long-term tornado recovery case management.
