Trisha Schilling

Trisha Schilling has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Trisha began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Catholic United Financial in 2003, where they assisted members with inquiries and changes. Trisha later became a Senior Customer Service Representative and then a Sr. Life and Annuity Specialist, handling more complex annuity questions and processing applications. Trisha then moved into management roles, first as an Assistant Annuity Manager, then as an Assistant Manager of Annuities and New Business, managing department operations and ensuring compliance. Their most recent role at Catholic United Financial was as the Director of Operations, overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Student Assistant at Augustana University, providing support to professors and gaining valuable communication and organization skills. Trisha also worked as a Sales Associate at Marshall Field's, where they excelled in guest relations and achieved sales goals.

Trisha Schilling attended Augustana University (SD) from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their degree, Trisha has obtained several certifications. In December 2004, they earned the ACS certification from LOMA. In September 2007, they obtained the FLMI certification, also from LOMA. In May 2012, they earned the CISP certification from the American Bankers Association. Lastly, in March 2013, Trisha obtained the AAPA certification from LOMA.
