Kevin Connors, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and physician alignment. Kevin has worked with Catholic Health as the Director of Physician Alignment, where they identified and recruited physicians for the CH Medical Group, Independent Practice Association (IPA), and Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Additionally, they provided training and coaching to ensure the successful execution of system strategy and developed and managed referral business relationships.
Prior to their role at Catholic Health, Connors served as the Senior Business Development Manager at Catholic Health, where they developed and managed referral business relationships, built physician loyalty, and drove business to the health system.
Connors also gained valuable experience at Northwell Health, where they worked as the Physician and Community Outreach Manager. In this role, they built relationships with physicians, recruited for IPA alignment and business development, and enhanced awareness of the health system's programs and services. Previously, they were the Physician and Community Outreach Liaison, coordinating administrative operations and promoting physician and community programs and services.
Furthermore, Connors worked at Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology as the Professional Relations Representative, responsible for creating and strengthening relationships with referring physicians and organizing educational events. Kevin also served as the Vice President of the Nassau Sandsharks Baseball Club, a Coach at the New York Mets Baseball Academy, and an Instructor at All Pro Sports Academy.
Connors holds an MBA and has proven expertise in developing referral business relationships, recruiting physicians, and driving business growth.
Kevin Connors, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports Management from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 2009. Kevin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Utica University, completing it in 2020. Prior to their college education, they earned an Advanced Regents Diploma from St John the Baptist DHS in 2005. Kevin also holds additional certifications in "Creating Your Sales Process" and "Selling with Authenticity" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
