Kristine Broger DNP, RN, NE-BC has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Nursing for Critical Care and Emergency Department at Catholic Health since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Nursing Officer at US Army Fort Drum from July 2018 to May 2022. Kristine also worked as an Army Fellow at Kaiser Permanente from August 2017 to May 2018. Kristine has a strong background in the military, having held various roles in the US Army, including ANC Fellow, Corps Chief Office, Legislative Liaison, Clinical Nurse officer in Charge, Chief Nurse of the 541st FST, and Healthcare Recruiter. Additionally, they served as the Chief Flight Nurse at the US Army/Institute for Surgical Research from January 2005 to May 2009 and worked as a Registered Nurse in the US Army from September 2002 to May 2004.
Dr. Kristine Broger, DNP, RN, NE-BC, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from Seton Hall University between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Health Administration (MHA) from Webster University, completing the program between 2006 and 2008. Dr. Broger then earned their Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Executive Leadership from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
