Lucas Magnani

Lucas Magnani is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Director of Business Operations for Home Care & Hospice at Catholic Health since January 2017. Prior roles include Manager of Strategy & Business Development for the Medical Group and Manager of Acquisitions in Physician Strategy at Catholic Health. Previously, Lucas held the position of Manager of Provider Relations for Population Health at Stony Brook Medicine from January 2015 to December 2016, contributing to the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program (DSRIP). Earlier in the career, Lucas worked as a Territory Manager in Surgical Sales for Orthopedics at Stryker and as a Surgical Sales Consultant at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Mitek division, successfully managing significant sales revenue and expanding customer relationships. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Organization from Brown University and an MBA in Healthcare from Molloy University.
