Medina Kurtovic, MPA, CPXP has a diverse work experience in patient experience and healthcare administration. Medina started their career as an Administrative Resident at New York Hospital Queens, where they worked on projects and programs with senior leadership. Medina then moved on to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens as a Manager of Patient Experience, where they also managed Interpreter Services, Pastoral Care, and Patient Portal. Additionally, they served as a Coordinator for the Schwartz Program and Reward and Recognition. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Patient Experience for two hospitals within Catholic Health Services - Mercy Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital.
Medina Kurtovic, MPA, CPXP completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Baruch College from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from St. John's University from 2007 to 2011.
