Natalie Sickler has a wealth of experience in the events and hospitality industry. Natalie began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant for StoneCreek Company. In 2008, they took on the role of Concierge at Dove Canyon Country Club, where they were responsible for creating a positive first impression, welcoming guests, and responding to inquiries. In 2011, they worked as a Front Desk Agent for Loews Hotels. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Special Events Intern at La Jolla Playhouse and an Operations Intern at Bollotta Entertainment and Production. In 2013, they became a Meeting Coordinator/Planner for Allergan. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Program Manager for ACCESS Destination Services. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Marketing Events Manager for CathWorks.

Natalie Sickler attended Tesoro High School from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they began their studies at San Diego State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2013. During their time at San Diego State University, they also attended the University of Oxford in 2012.
