Thomas B. Kane

Thomas B. Kane is currently the Director at CATIC. Prior to their current position, they were with Kane, Hartley & Kane, PC, Catic Financial, and the Colchester Board of Finance. Thomas has also served on the Colchester Planning and Zoning Commission from June 2003 to November 2011, where they were Vice Chairman. Prior to that, they were with the State of Connecticut Judicial Department from May 1995 to September 1996 as a Temporary Assistant Clerk. In that role, they assisted the Judge with research, courtroom administration and jury selection, scheduled trials and hearings, secured exhibits during trial, and reviewed pleadings, memoranda and transcripts for the Judge.
