Brent Grinsteiner

Brent Grinsteiner has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, HR management, and employee engagement. Brent is currently the Director - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Cato Corporation, where they oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. Prior to that, they were the Director, People & Culture - Retail & Omni-Channel at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, responsible for managing HR and recruiting functions. Brent has also worked as the Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager at Steele Solutions, Inc, and as a Manager, Field HRBP & Talent Management at Caleres, Inc. Brent has additionally gained experience at Allen Edmonds as an Operations and Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and at ManpowerGroup in various roles in talent acquisition and delivery consulting.

Brent Grinsteiner completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2005 to 2009.
