Donna Kauffman

Donna Kauffman has over 25 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. DONNA started their career as a Senior Accountant at Parente Randolph PC in 1993. DONNA then worked as an Assistant Controller at The Williamsport Home, where they established internal controls and prepared financial statements. Next, they served as the Accounting & Finance Director at West Branch Valley Federal Credit Union, implementing a strategy to streamline operations and increase capital. Donna then joined Blue Flame Credit Union as an Assistant Manager, overseeing the implementation of an innovative online banking product. Their most recent role was as the VP of Credit at Cato Corporation, where they oversaw compliance, managed credit compliance and collections, and coordinated audits and inquiries. Donna demonstrates strong financial expertise, operational effectiveness, and client relationship management skills throughout their career.

Donna Kauffman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. DONNA also has a North Carolina Real Estate License obtained in 2017.
