Halley Bell

Halley Bell is an accomplished fashion merchandising professional with extensive experience in buying and customer relations. Currently serving as a Buyer for jewelry, watches, legwear, and cold weather accessories at Cato Corporation since October 2020, Halley previously held various buyer positions, including Associate Buyer and Assistant Buyer focused on jewelry. Prior experience includes a role as Global Assistant Buyer at Claire's, where Halley monitored sales patterns and identified trends in the Home and Bridal department. Halley’s early career involved working as a National Stylist at Nordstrom Trunk Club, fostering customer relationships and achieving sales metrics, and a valuable internship at JLM Couture involving PR and showroom operations. Halley holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University, completed in 2017.
