Ronen Faier

Mr. Ronen Faier is serving as Chief Financial Officer of SolarEdge Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: SEDG, S&P500 company), an energy management company since January 2011. Previously, Mr. Faier has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Modu Ltd. from March 2007 through December 2010 and as the Chief Financial Officer of systems Ltd., which was acquired by SanDisk Corp. (a Western Digital Corp. (Nasdaq: WDC) company).

Mr. Faier serves on the board of directors of Monday.com (Nasdaq: MNDY) since June 2021, as well as on the board of directors of Kaltura Inc. (Nasdaq: KLTR) since March 2021. Mr. Faier holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Faier is selected to serve on the board of directors because of his extensive financial and public company experience.
