Ronen Jaffa

Ronen Jaffa is a seasoned security engineer currently employed at Cato Networks since May 2023, focusing on research into emerging threats and network traffic analysis with a specific emphasis on fingerprinting malicious activity. Previously, Ronen served as a technical consultant for the J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate of the Israel Defense Forces in late 2023 and was a key member of the Red Team from August 2020 to April 2023, responsible for adversary simulations and incident response. Ronen also led a SOC and DFIR team, overseeing integration, GRC, training, project management, as well as the management and configuration of various security systems. Ronen's educational background includes completion of a program at John Bryce in 2022, focusing on cybersecurity.
