Rotem Naar Shamir

Rotem Naar Shamir has a solid work experience in various technology companies. The most recent position held was at Cato Networks, where they started as a Software Team Leader in 2015 and worked their way up to become a Group Manager in 2018, then Director of Engineering in 2020, and ultimately Senior Director of Engineering in 2023. Prior to that, at Fortscale - Acquired by RSA Security, they served as a Software Team Leader, leading a team in end-to-end development. Before that, at Imperva, they were a Software Team Leader responsible for managing back-end systems and leading the development of a new product. They started their career as a Software Engineer in the IDF.

Rotem Naar Shamir completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Management at Tel Aviv University in 2011. Afterwards, Rotem pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university, which was completed in 2015.
