Shalev Hemo has relevant work experience in the field of technology and networking. They worked at Cato Networks, starting in 2021, where they held the positions of NOC shift manager and later became the Product Support T1 Team Lead for the EMEA region. Prior to that, in 2017, they worked as a System Administrator at Menahel4U.

Shalev Hemo obtained an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Cisco Networking Academy in 2021. In the same year, Shalev also earned multiple certifications from Cisco, including CCNA.
