Shir Aga

Shir Aga has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Shir is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for Cato Networks in Israel, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cato Networks as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader from August 2020 to January 2023 and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from October 2019 to August 2020. Before joining Cato Networks, Shir worked at Gett as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2017 to October 2019. Shir also gained experience at SAP as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a temporary basis from May 2016 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Adorika as an HR & Recruitment Specialist from March 2015 to April 2016 and at Log-On Software as a Recruitment Team Leader from April 2014 to March 2015 and as a Recruiter from August 2012 to April 2014. Throughout their career, Shir has developed expertise in sourcing candidates, leading recruitment processes, and utilizing various social media platforms for headhunting.

From 2010 to 2013, Shir Aga attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Management.
