Joseph Stapleton

Joseph Stapleton currently serves as the Portfolio Manager at The Caton Companies since November 2023. Joseph is also the Founder of Staple Development LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Upstate NY, which Joseph established in June 2018. Prior to these roles, Joseph held various positions at Bluesky Property Management, Nomadic Real Estate, and Horn Companies. Joseph studied at St. Bonaventure University.
