Kathy Dodgson

Kathy Dodgson is a seasoned professional in the bioscience sector with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Technical Director of Bioscience at CatSci Ltd since June 2025, Kathy leads scientific strategy, client engagement, and project execution for the company's bioscience capabilities. Previously, Kathy held the position of Senior Director of Bioscience Operations at Charnwood Discovery, managing project delivery within an integrated drug discovery CRO from October 2022 to June 2025. Prior roles include Director of Biology Operations and Science Director at Aurelia Bioscience, where leadership in biology project delivery and expertise in assay development were key responsibilities. Kathy started in the pharmaceutical industry as a Research Scientist at SmithKline Beecham and later worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Research Scientist, focusing on assay development and high-throughput screening.
