Jacek Kapica

Jacek Kapica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and public finance management. Currently serving as Director of Consultancy at CATTS and an International Expert for the EU Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM), Jacek has previously held senior management roles, including Manager of Global Consulting and VP at STTAS Europe, and undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included overseeing the Customs Service and Tax Administration. Jacek's career also features leadership positions in various organizations, with a focus on financial management, regional administration, and marketing. Academically, Jacek holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and a Master's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
