Rob Appel

Rob Appel has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1995 as the Founder & CEO of Chaos.com (Chaos Entertainment Pty Ltd, Chaos Group Limited). In 1997, they became the Manager of Business Content Services at OzEmail Limited, and also served as a Producer for Lawnet. From 2002 to 2008, they served as a Director of the Australian Music Retailers Association (AMRA) and a Councillor for the Music Council of Australia (MCA). In 2011, they became the CEO of AusBBS (Australian Broadband Services Pty Limited). In 2016, they were Commercial Director Broadband at amaysim Australia Ltd. From 2019 to 2020, they served as VP APAC and Advisor at Catylex, Corporate Strategy Advisor at AlphaIndigo, and Director at Canopus Networks.

Rob Appel attended the Australian National University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a BA/LLB in Arts and Laws.
