Vato Babunashvili

Vato Babunashvili currently serves as the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Liberty Bank, focusing on financial management, including overseeing a budget with over GEL 3 billion in assets and participating in negotiations for significant projects. Vato has been an Associate Professor at the Caucasus School of Business since 2007, specializing in Bank and Financial Institution Management, and has held various financial management roles at notable institutions, including Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank. Vato's previous experience includes leading financial supervision at Societe Generale and managing projects at Synergy Group, where significant contributions to strategy development and financial analysis were made.
